Virtual office prices are per year. USD amounts are approximate at RMB7.1 = US$1; we invoice in RMB. Meeting-room allowance periods, booking rules, mail storage limits, scanning allowances, forwarding and postage charges, and any applicable tax are confirmed in your quote.

A serviced office is a furnished private office inside a managed business center. Your team gets a dedicated place to work and meet, and the building takes care of the facilities.

Our options are rooms for about 3–4 people. We confirm the actual room, furniture, services and lease terms before you commit.

Applying for a work visa through your company?

For our company-and-visa package, you need at least a one-year formal lease with an approved serviced office provider. We check the premises and documents for your application. The lease supports your application but doesn't guarantee a work permit or visa.

Prices below are starting monthly rates. Room size, availability, deposits, utilities, included facilities and applicable taxes are confirmed in your quote. A monthly price doesn't mean a month-to-month lease.
